Customers must provide a valid reason to request a return or exchange.
Customers must return the items to SURYA in person or by consignment.
Customers must bear all shipping or consignment costs during the return or exchange process.


No exchange request will be accepted in any of the following circumstances:

The customer requested an exchange more than 7 working days after receiving the product.
The goods are damaged, stained or have food stains on them.
The goods, their packaging or accessories have been used, damaged, consumed or are incomplete.
The customer has lost the product warranty, instruction manual or purchase invoice.
The product is damaged due to improper use or human factors. The product has been modified.


【Product Return and Exchange Procedure】


1) Product Return and Exchange Procedure

You must first request a return or exchange via email (info@suryaintl.com) or WhatsApp 5991-8665, and indicate your name, contact number, invoice number, product model and reason for return in the message. If necessary, please attach photos to illustrate. (Note: Return requests must comply with all conditions stated in the product return policy)

2) Obtain a "Return Reference Number"

After our company accepts your return request, our staff will reply to you as soon as possible and give you a "Product Return Reference Number".

3) Send the returned product back to our company

You can choose to:
For returns/exchanges made in person/by consignment, customers must present the invoice and "Return Reference Number" so that staff can arrange the return/exchange.

Note:
The returned goods must be returned to our company together with its complete packaging materials (including outer box, instruction manual, foam tape, support paper, plastic bag, etc.).
Once the company officially receives the returned goods, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
SURYA reserves the right to make the final decision on exchange or refund.
