For orders within Hong Kong, you can choose between our delivery service, self-pickup, or using a third-party courier service.

*Delivery time is calculated from the day our online store representative successfully contacts the customer.

1) Self-Pickup (1-2 Business Days)

If you choose to pick up your order at the designated pick-up point at Yamazaki Japan Mountain, there is no delivery fee. Once we receive your order, we will arrange to deliver it to your selected pick-up point within 1-2 business days. Simply bring the relevant "Online Sales Invoice" (note: not the "Order Confirmation") to pick up your items.

*If you opt for pickup at our Customer Service Center in Kwai Chung, the fastest collection time can be on the same business day.

2) Delivery Service (3-7 Business Days)

Our delivery service is available to commercial and residential areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories. The usual delivery time is 3-7 business days, and the delivery charge is HKD 150 per order (unlimited items per order). If your total order amount is over HKD 800, delivery is free. Delivery is not available for outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and restricted areas that require vehicle permits. However, we will try to arrange other feasible delivery methods for customers in these areas. Additional fees will be charged for deliveries to walk-up buildings or buildings without elevators.

3) Courier Service (1-2 Business Days; Limited to Orders Under 1kg)

If the total weight of the products in your order is under 1kg (per order), you can choose to have the delivery arranged through a courier service. This service is available for commercial and residential buildings within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands). The delivery process generally takes 1-2 business days. The basic charge for regular areas is HKD 50 per order, while for remote areas (including Repulse Bay, The Peak, South Island District, Sai Kung, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Village, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Tin Shui Wai, Cyberport, Tai Tam, and areas requiring vehicle permits), the charge is HKD 60 per order. Please note that courier services are not available for outlying islands.

The basic charge applies only to commercial buildings. For residential addresses, an additional fee of HKD 30 will be charged. For deliveries of products weighing over 1kg, the service fee will be calculated based on the delivery area and the weight of the items, and quoted by the courier service. The courier service's pricing tiers are determined based on the area and the type of building. All areas or building types will be defined by the courier service. If the selected pricing tier does not match the courier’s definition, the company reserves the right to suspend the order until the additional fees are fully confirmed, after which the products will be dispatched.
