Shipping Information - Hong Kong (Online Flagship Store Local Orders)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For orders within Hong Kong, you can choose between our delivery service, self-pickup, or using a third-party courier service.<\/p>

*Delivery time is calculated from the day our online store representative successfully contacts the customer.<\/p>

1) Self-collection (1-2 working days)<\/p>

If customers choose to pick up the goods at SURYA pick-up point, the delivery fee is free. We will arrange to deliver the goods to your designated pick-up point within 1-2 working days after receiving your order. You only need to bring the relevant "Online Sales Invoice" (Note: not "Order Confirmation Notice") to pick up the goods in person.<\/p>

*If you opt for pickup at our Customer Service Center in Kwai Chung, the fastest collection time can be on the same business day.<\/p>

2) Delivery service (2-4 working days)<\/p>

Our delivery service is available to commercial and residential areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories. The usual delivery time is 3-7 business days, and the delivery charge is HKD 150 per order (unlimited items per order). If your total order amount is over HKD 800, delivery is free. Delivery is not available for outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and restricted areas that require vehicle permits. However, we will try to arrange other feasible delivery methods for customers in these areas. Additional fees will be charged for deliveries to walk-up buildings or buildings without elevators.<\/p>

3) Delivery by courier (3-5 working days)<\/p>

If the total weight of the products in your order is under 1kg (per order), you can choose to have the delivery arranged through a courier service. This service is available for commercial and residential buildings within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands). The delivery process generally takes 1-2 business days. The basic charge for regular areas is HKD 50 per order, while for remote areas (including Repulse Bay, The Peak, South Island District, Sai Kung, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Village, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Tin Shui Wai, Cyberport, Tai Tam, and areas requiring vehicle permits), the charge is HKD 60 per order. Please note that courier services are not available for outlying islands.<\/p>

The basic charge applies only to commercial buildings. For residential addresses, an additional fee of HKD 30 will be charged. For deliveries of products weighing over 1kg, the service fee will be calculated based on the delivery area and the weight of the items, and quoted by the courier service. The courier service's pricing tiers are determined based on the area and the type of building. All areas or building types will be defined by the courier service. If the selected pricing tier does not match the courier\u2019s definition, the company reserves the right to suspend the order until the additional fees are fully confirmed, after which the products will be dispatched. Important Notice (Overseas Customers Should Carefully Read the Following Before Confirming Orders):<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. All overseas orders must be accepted by our company before shipment is arranged. A confirmation email will be sent within 1 business day after receiving your order to inform you if it is accepted. If the order is not accepted, we will arrange a refund.<\/li>
  2. For overseas shipments, the recipient is responsible for customs clearance. If customers refuse to pay taxes or fail to clear customs, resulting in the goods being returned, the customer will be responsible for all related shipping, reshipping, or administrative fees for returning the order, as well as 20% of the total order value for restocking fees.     If you are shipping items to a country outside Hong Kong, you will be considered the importer by the local customs authorities. You may need to pay additional fees, VAT, or apply for an import permit depending on the destination country\u2019s laws. These fees and paperwork are outside our control, and we do not bear any legal responsibility for these charges or processes.
